Since 1990, the Victorian Golf Association has conducted the very popular Club Level Rules of Golf Accreditation Course. A State Level Accreditation Course was added in 1993. In addition, the Association regularly conducts rules education nights for golf clubs throughout the calendar year.

The Club and State Level Rules Accreditation Programs are outlined in the following sections.
