2016 Division 1 Champions - Huntingdale

Round 3 of Friday Women's Pennant was contested today at Royal Melbourne, Kingston Heath, Latrobe & Patterson River Golf Clubs. 

Division 1 was played at Royal Melbourne, with Victoria and Commonwealth sitting undefeated on the top of the ladder following wins over home team Royal Melbourne and Peninsula-Kingswood respectively today. Defending champions Huntingdale are placed in third position and will have their eye on retaining the flag in the coming weeks.

Kingston Heath hosted the Division 2 matches, with Metropolitan the team to beat at the top after a convincing 5 and 2 win over Eastwood and their third win for the season. Four teams of The Heritage, Eastwood, Rosanna and Kingston Heath are all tied on 2 wins following closely behind.

Division 3 moved across to Latrobe where two teams are currently undefeated after round 3. Cranbourne had a 6 and 1 win over Box Hill today while Green Acres rallied for a close 4 and 3 defeat of home team Latrobe.

Division 4 was played at Patterson River and Eastern are on their own at the top. Eastern defeated Cheltenham 4 and 3 to remain undefeated with Spring Valley, Sandhurst, Centenary Park and Patterson River all a match behind with 2 wins and 1 loss.
