Three young Australian professionals are benefiting from the generosity of the legendary Jack Nicklaus as they tee it up at the Memorial Tournament in Columbus, Ohio starting tonight (Australian eastern time).

Western Australia's Curtis Luck, 20, and a pair of talented Victorians, Ryan Ruffels, 19, and Brett Coletta, 20, all came the elite systems of Golf Australia and their states before turning professional and scoring an invitation to play this week from the 18-time major winner, Nicklaus, who is the tournament host.

The PGA Tour's Ben Everill spoke to the trio at Muirfield Village on the eve of their first appearances in the tournament.
